Giulia, born in Italy, began her career as a rhythmic Gymnast from the age of 5. After completing her rhythmic gymnastics career, Giulia started studying different dance styles to improve her way of movement. In 2000, she became a main member of an Italian acrobatic dance company, “Kataklo.” In 2007, Cirque du Soleil asked Giulia to join their newest show, “Zed,” based in Tokyo. Giulia performed all the main aerial apparatus, silk, rope, hoop, and straps before becoming solo artist in the Michael Jackson Immortal world tour by Cirque du Soleil. In 2010, Giulia competed at the IPDFA pole world competition in Tokyo and placed 2nd in the category of pole art. We are very excited Giulia is sharing her knowledge with us before joining the new Cirque du Soleil show, Avatar in summer 2015.
