This class is designed to build physical strength essential for any aerial apparatus. Participants will begin with a warm up, engage in core work and full body conditioning, followed by stretching. This is the perfect class for any level as participants will move through various aerial exercises while building strength and form. New to aerial arts and looking for a “different” type of workout than you would get at a fitness center? This is the perfect class for you as you will see your body transform while pushing your limits in a fun, relaxed environment.
