Acrobatic Gymnastics is an ancient activity that emphasizes the combined beauty of dance and acrobatics. Acro is a partner sport- partners or groups of three or four perform acrobatics skills like balance holds, hand balancing, pyramids, toss, and catches. Acrobatic balances show grace, strength and flexibility while choreography and synchronization add flare and creativity to each exercise and routine. Acrobatic Gymnastics is even included in the training program of pilots, cosmonauts and parachutists.
